We especially welcome people in recovery, including those who’ve been incarcerated.

Hi! I'm Jill, the owner and instructor at Starlight Community Art.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Fine Art in 2008, and over the years I've discovered that making art is an important part of my recovery and well-being.
I created Starlight to offer a welcoming space where people can explore how art can support personal growth. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or returning to a longtime hobby, you're welcome here.
